Refund policy

Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our customers.

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return & refund policy.

Returns

You may return your BOSU® purchase within 30 days from receipt for full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, BOSU® cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. 

If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us and one of our support representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by BOSU®.

Refunds 

We can not issue refunds once the order is already

  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we can cancel/change your order.

Please ensure that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will also be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.

Return for Refund/Exchange

If you would like to return your product for a refund or exchange, you must contact us first so we can provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please provide the following details when submitting a return request:

  1. Full name and order number (#00000)
  2. Indicate whether you want to make a return for a refund or exchange.
  3. Describe the issue with the product(s).
  4. If an exchange is needed then provide the exchange details.

If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but we will honor the return package's tracking number if it shows it has been delivered.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
